House Rules
- I expect the guests to be mindful of one another and go with the flow and enjoy themselves.
- Owners must be free to enter guest suites to collect trash and garbage in order to keep everything clean and orderly.
- Each day when the guests leave the suite the fans and AC will be shut down.
- Guests will adhere to all House Rules or vacate the premises.
Liability and Damage Clause
Guests must assume responsibility for any liability or damage in connection with the rental. The landlord is authorized to collect for damages by direct payment, security deposit credit card, Paypal or check.
Payment Policies
- Confirmation: Once we have confirmed your dates of stay, we will send you more information about Sugar Hill By the Sea and St. Croix!
- Payment Method: We accept for payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
- Security Deposit: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy:
Strict: Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund plus service fees back
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
- The Airbnb service fee is refundable (up to 3 times per year) if the guest cancels before the trip starts. If a guest books a reservation that overlaps with any part of an existing reservation, we won’t refund the Airbnb service fee if they decide to cancel.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.
- Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Rates do not include the mandatory USVI Hotel Tax at 12.5%
